I often use bread to make breakfast for my family. By replacing its fillings can give a different flavor and nice change to the same old-same old.
This morning thinking of what I could make with bread, I happen to come across the banana. Today I thought, the combination of sweet-sticky and peanut and chocolate would make it a yummy stuffing for grilled bread. Here are what you need. Don’t forget your coffee, tea and or milk to go with this sweet-savory breakfast!
Ingredients:
- White/brown bread
- Quite ripe bananas, sliced
- Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Chocolate spread
- Margarine, spreads for bread
How to make:
- Smear the bread with margarine, chocolate spread, peanut butter.
- Place the banana slices on top, cover with another slice of bread.
- Bake in a toaster maker. Or you can also use a pan on the stove over low heat….
- Serve while hot!
